In todays busy world full of social media and technology, kids need a place where they can learn valuable Life Skills. Kids must learn to communicate with confidence and clarity at a young age so that they can develop a foundation of confidence and success for their whole lives.
Kids Empowerment Academy was founded to provide these skills successfully and quickly to children. Our classes are unique as they establish a strong skill set of: Leadership, Public Speaking, Etiquette, Debate, and Negotiation skills. We believe that every child can learn to be a leader if given a receptive audience, and a fun and positive environment to learn and practice in.

The Facts:
Science tells us that childhood experiences whether positive or negative shape the brain, and our adult lives. 75% of adults fear Public Speaking above anything else. Having negative, or very little experience expressing ideas up in front of others forms this paralyzing fear.
If a child is offered the proper environment to shine, the self-confidence built from these experiences will be invaluable for real life success! |

Now is the time!
There is a window between birth and 11, in which the brain is laying down a blueprint of who your child is as a person. This foundation looks a lot like a tree with branches. When a child uses a skill over and over again that branch becomes permanent in the brain, and becomes apart of its foundation.
After 11 the brain goes about pruning any skills that are not being used. It is imperative that children are practicing communication skills during this time. Just as a foreign language is best to be learned young, so too will these skills become natural for a child if developed early. |

Unique Curriculum:
Our unique classroom environment encourages children to communicate confidently while experiencing fun “real world” situations!
Children use their imaginations while stepping into the role of: TV hosts, News Anchors, Infomercial Hosts, Inventors, Campaigning Politicians, and much more. We combine the importance of imaginative play with brain and skill development.

Kids Conquer Shyness with fun Leadership Activities!
Shyness is caused by the fear of social rejection. Our curriculum is based on positive peer interaction. Children have fun, and look forward to being heard by others in our classes. Every child becomes a leader, and is supported by their peers! |

Our Fun Summer Session is an exciting combination of our Leadership class and our exciting Power Debate class. The first week is Leadership, where the kids learn how to be a leader and builds confidence in their ideas. The second week is Power Debate where the kids get to build on their skills and act as Senators to debate fun topics such as Cats vs. Dogs, Roller Coasters vs. Waterslides, and much more!
